FairVenyu is a service operated by Henger Consulting. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as necessary to provide the service. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

FairVenyu uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of FairVenyu after changes constitutes acceptance.
