Providing the FairVenyu trade fair matching service, including user account management, AI-based fair scoring, team collaboration, and communication features.

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract; Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement).

Authorised employees of Henger Consulting; third-party processors: Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting), Railway (database), Anthropic (AI processing). All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Your data may be transferred to the United States via the above processors. Transfers are safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

Personal data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless retention is required by applicable law.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at kontakt@fairvenyu.com.

FairVenyu uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to score trade fairs based on your company profile. This constitutes automated processing but is not legally binding — it is an advisory tool to support your decisions. You may request human review at any time by contacting us.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the FairVenyu service. Failure to provide data will result in inability to access the platform.
